We offer a complementary service where we can add two lines of personalisation (such as name and date of birth) for free! We will however write it exactly as you do so please check that you have used all of the correct spellings and details.

We will aim on most occasions to have your item ready for dispatch between 1-3 days. We use one of the UK’s most trusted couriers to then bring your item to you. This service is fully tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. Items are typically delivered in 2-3 working days from dispatch. Delays do happen that our out of our control so please allow an overall delivery time of 5-7 working days for your purchase, however we would expect parcels to arrive sooner than this. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we can discuss alternative options. Standard delivery charges within Mainland GB for tracked and signed courier are £6.99.

We offer a free gifting service. Just enter your personal gift message above. We will then wrap your order in crisp white tissue paper and silver and white twine, finishing it off in a bow. We include a handmade gold embossed gift tag that we can write your message on. The product can then (if you wish) be sent straight to the recipient whilst we invoice you separate. A special personalised gift is on their way and you have not even had to leave your room! (Please remember if you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish for the recipient to be contacted, please ensure you use your own contact details for this order.)
